Pt Chev Cookies - Dark Chocolate Chunk

Made with chunks of 72% Whittakers dark chocolate this divine cookie is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Cookie bites are bite-sized cookies in a tiny snackable tub. 

Large: 40g per cookie, approx 240g total, 6 cookies/tub

Small: ~12g each bite, 100g total, approx 8 bites/tub

Ingredients: 30% Whittakers 70% chocolate (cocoa solids 62% (cocoa mass & pure cocoa butter), sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla flavour), wheat flour (gluten), unsalted butter (pasteurised cream), granulated sugar, brown sugar, (cane sugar) eggs, Heilala vanilla paste (vanilla bean extract, alcohol 12%, vanilla bean seeds, sugar (5%), thickener (Carrageenan 0.5%)), baking powder (raising agents (500, 450, 541), mineral salt (170), cornflour, food acid (336)), espresso, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), sea salt.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not leave in direct sunlight. Store in fridge for maximum freshness. Once open store in an airtight container and consume within 7 days.
